The Foundation to Assist Special Needs is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to assist Americans of all ages with special needs of any kind FREE OF CHARGE. 

Our referral network includes spiritual guidance, legal, financial, and medical assistance.

Our staff can assist individuals and families in obtaining medicare, medicaid, social security, and state assistance benefits.

We constantly up-date our list of governmental and private organizations that provide transportation services, emergency food provisions, and emergency help with utility bills.

  1)  From Illinois Route 47 follow Kreutzer Rd east to the sceond Smith Road - turn left - then the first leftinto the parking lot

                                                                             2)  From Huntley / Dundee Road follow Kreutzer Road west to the first Smith Road - turn right - then the first left

If you know of someone or a family who is is immediate need of food. The Grafton Food Pantry is there to help with food and personal hygiene supplies.
